Privacy Policy

AUDIREVI SpA, in line with the GDPR, intends to guarantee the privacy and security of the personal data of each user (hereinafter also “Interested”), also in relation to Internet access from abroad. This page describes how to manage the site www.audirevi.it owned by Audirevi S.p.A., in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is provided in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and only for the site mentioned above and not for other websites accessed by the user through links.

Data Controller

The Data Controller is Audirevi S.p.A., with registered office in Milan, Via Paolo da Cannobio, 33, 20122, VAT no. 12034710157, PEC audirevisrl@legalmail.it. In managing the site, Audirevi S.p.A. acts in the name and on behalf of Audirevi Training&Compliance S.r.l. and Audirevi Transaction Services S.r.l., hereinafter “the Companies of the Group”.

Categories of data processed 

2.1 Navigation Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature could allow users to be identified. This category of data includes (i) IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, (ii) URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, (iii) the time of the request, (iv) the method used to submit the request to the server, (v) the size of the file obtained in response, (vi) the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error) and (vii) other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

2.2 Cookies

In order for the site to function correctly, it should be noted that only and exclusively technical cookies are used, no user or third-party profiling cookies are in fact used during the use of the site.

2.3 Data voluntarily provided by the user

The optional and voluntary sending, by the user, of electronic mail to the email addresses indicated on the site, entails the acquisition and processing by the Owner of such data and any other information contained in such communications for the purposes indicated in paragraph 3 below.

Purpose of the treatment 

The user’s personal data collected at the time of your registration on the site will be processed in order to outline the authentication profile necessary for the user to access, at its discretion, the site itself. The processing of data is carried out in compliance with the limits and conditions laid down by law, with automated tools, including electronic and telematic.

Legal basis of the treatment

The legal basis for processing for the purposes referred to in point 3, is the provision of a service to users, in order to allow:

users: the registration to the site and the forwarding of requests for information to the Owner;to the Owner, the processing of requests from users.

The provision of personal data, although not required, is essential to enable the performance of these activities, so any refusal by the user to provide such data would make it impossible for the user to register on the site and communicate with the owner and, for the latter, to provide a response to user requests.

Recipients of the Data

The user’s personal data, processed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3, will not be shared externally with customers, suppliers or third parties not belonging to Audirevi S.p.A., Audirevi Training&Compliance S.r.l., Audirevi Transaction Services S.r.l., etc.

Methods of treatment 

Personal data are processed by manual, computerized and automated systems designed to store, manage and possibly transmit the data itself, solely for the purpose of pursuing the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, for the time necessary to achieve these purposes, so as to ensure the security and confidentiality. It should be noted, in particular, that the user’s personal data may be processed by persons duly appointed to perform these tasks, constantly identified and / or appointed, properly instructed and made aware of the constraints imposed by current legislation on the protection of personal data, and through the use of security measures to ensure the protection of confidentiality of such data and to avoid the risks of loss or destruction, unauthorized access, processing not allowed or not in accordance with the purposes mentioned above.

Period of data retention 

The user’s personal data will be processed by the Owner only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing referred to in art. 3 above, after which they will be kept to comply with specific regulatory or contractual obligations, including those imposed by current provisions in civil and tax matters, as well as for administrative purposes and / or to assert or defend their rights in case of litigation and pre-litigation.

Rights of the interested party

It is recalled that the GDPR confers, in the cases expressly provided for, the power to exercise the following rights:

ask the Data Controller for access to personal data, as well as the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation to the processing of personal data concerning him;

oppose, in whole or in part, the processing, or revoke consent to the processing, in the cases and within the limits provided for by applicable law;

obtain the portability of data concerning him/her;

lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
