Since 2017, he has been a partner of Audirevi and has more than 40 years of experience in conducting important audit assignments with national and international companies in the industrial, publishing, logistics, energy services, football, pharmaceutical, as well as in the financial sector, with particular reference to banks and leasing companies. As a partner, he has conducted listing operations on the stock exchange of major national companies. He has significant professional experience in investigation and due diligence, in the valuation of companies in M&A transactions, as well as issuing opinions on the fairness of price and extraordinary corporate transactions.
